I am a heels to wedge to flat shoes lady, but would prefer wearing slippers everyday given the chance. I was never the sporty looking one, I would just wear my fave red and black Converse hi-cut or the classic Adidas whenever I want to look boyish or rugged at work.

Pressed play and later did I know I was already getting teary eyed. No, I can't relate (thank God!). No, I'm pretty much happy the whole day. But the storyline, the lyrics, that voice, it was so compelling yet not surprising because it's McDo, the affectionate ads of McDo. Nakakainis ka minsan McDo! Haha!

How I wish I can consider this photoshoot as the nearest I could ever be with him though, but the lucky stars are over photographer Adrian Gonzales so I'll just have to envy him for as long as I consider Buendia as the hottest OPM vocalist, next to Gab Alipe (waaah).

On its sophomore year in the country, Red Bull Thre3style pitted six of the Philippines’ hottest DJs at the National Finals held last June 27 at the metro’s biggest club, Valkyrie.

At the epic night’s end, defending champion DJ Carlo Atendido bested fellow finalists in DJ-ing skills, technical wizardry, and the ability to keep the crowd moving for a second shot at representing the country at the World Championships to be held in Tokyo, Japan later this year. DJ Nikita del Rosario, also a national finalist from the Thre3style 2014 run, and DJ Miguel (de Borja), the youngest of the night’s participants, placed first and second runners-up respectively.

This was the question asked during the presscon at the Palm Grove Rockwell Club for 9 Works Theatrical's Grease, showing on Nov.15 to Dec.7, 2014 at the RCBC Plaza Makati. The media, guests, and even the artists themselves got the chance to answer the question - and quite a hard question I must say. 

But with musicals like Grease, don't you just wanna go back to being high school when life was a lot simple and complicated at the same time? Because the 1950s and the present doesn't make a difference, high school is the stage for freedom, rebellion and search for identity, and these moments will always be fun to relive over and over again! So, who were you back then? The Sandy Dumbrowski, Betty Rizzo, or Danny Zuko of the class? Get to know the new cast of Grease Manila and find yourself relating to each of their characters...

For the very first time, Pioneer Philippines hosted the "Pioneer Digital DJ Battle Asia Championship" (repeat title five times, LOL!) and it happened last October 18, 2014 at Resorts World Manila's Universe Gastrolounge & Nightclub.

Nine countries, nine exceptional DJs, one DJ battle arena! I must say partying & cheering with supporters coming from nine different countries made this night one for the books! And not to mention we're in the club named Universe :)

Only the second staging of what is planned as an annual activity to provide opportunities for the students as well as aspiring artists and professionals to interact with leaders and notable personalities in the music industry. The event is highlighted by a series of talks on different topics of interest in the Music Business. Previous speakers included artist manager Day Cabuhat (Eraserheads, Pupil, Domino), veteran music producer Jim Sarthou and Radio Republic and Imago’s Zach Lucero.

It's been a week since the GV Florida Transport Inc. bus fell off a ravine landing at Bontoc, Mt. Province. Fifteen died including Arvin "Tado" Jimenez and other artists on their respective field. We all know Tado, his advocacies, and the sense of humor we will forever treasure. But one of them got my curiosity, maybe because he loves music, or maybe because I've been seeing a lot of good comments about him. 

He's David Sicam, I never got to know him until the accident, and maybe you'd like to know more about him too...

For their 20th anniversary, Gloc 9 and Frank Magalona joins Parokya ni Edgar for the single "Ang Parokya" as part of the three-disk album "Bente" to be released on Nov.29. 

"Yan ang Parokya kahit na hindi magaling, kami ang bandang hindi nila kayang patayin..." - this is the first line you'll hear from the new song's chorus and I have here my own 20 simple reasons why (insert annoying conyo tone) "Parokya is really magaling!"
